As an agent we give information on the organizer, the tour, the price and your rights under the Law of Ukraine On Tourism No. 324/95-ВР.

Prices for our consumer services are shown in hryvnia; other currencies only additionally, per the Law of Ukraine On Prices and Pricing No. 5007-VI.
4. Language and advertising
Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian under the Law of Ukraine On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language No. 2704-VIII; this English page is additional. Descriptions stay accurate, per the Law of Ukraine On Advertising No. 270/96-ВР.
5. Personal data
We process personal data on a lawful basis, usually consent, under the Law of Ukraine On Personal Data Protection No. 3685-IX.
6. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing here limits rights under the Law of Ukraine On Consumer Protection No. 3153-IX; disputes may go to the State Service on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court. We are liable for our planning services, not for third-party acts, delays, cancellations or insolvency, or events beyond our control.
