Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains cancellation windows, refund eligibility and third-party supplier terms for planning services and coordinated bookings from meliorantia.com, LLC (EDRPOU 93394826), Kyiv, Ukraine. Issued under Law of Ukraine On Electronic Commerce No. 675-VIII and Law of Ukraine On Consumer Protection No. 3153-IX.

2. Cancellation windows

• Planning services: cancel at any time before work starts for a full refund; after work starts, fees for completed stages are non-refundable.
• Coordinated bookings: cancel 30+ days before start date — refund of amounts not yet committed to suppliers; 14–29 days — refund of 50% of our service fee; under 14 days — service fee non-refundable.
• Tour packages: organizer's cancellation terms apply and are disclosed before payment, per Law of Ukraine On Tourism No. 324/95-ВР.

3. Third-party supplier terms

Hotels, carriers, guides and other suppliers set their own cancellation and refund rules. Where those rules are stricter, the supplier terms prevail for the supplier component. We disclose material supplier terms before you confirm and pay. Supplier refunds are passed to you less non-recoverable bank or payment fees.

4. Refund eligibility and timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in hryvnia (UAH). Prices are indicated in hryvnia; foreign currency amounts are shown additionally, under Law of Ukraine On Prices and Pricing No. 5007-VI. Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days. Statutory rights under Law of Ukraine On Consumer Protection No. 3153-IX remain unaffected.

Email contact@meliorantia.com or call +380 731 301 6810 with your order reference. We confirm receipt and the applicable outcome. You may also contact the State Service on Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or a court under Law of Ukraine On Consumer Protection No. 3153-IX.
